Just as the body will only heal a broken bone when it’s been set in a cast and you walk with crutches, the body will only start to recover from chronic stress or burnout when you meet the Requirements for Recovery. Altogether, the modules consist of 39 audio and video lessons, which take you by the hand, put your mind at ease and teach you everything you need to know and do in order to recover more quickly and efficiently. Alongside that, after almost every lesson, you’ll find an exercise (22 in total) to help you to apply the theory effectively to your situation. Camp Burnout has been specifically developed to be used step by step at your own pace, from your current situation to the end of your recovery.

The only thing you need in order to use Camp Burnout is a smartphone with an internet connection. You can follow the complete program on your phone. Most lessons are audio or video lessons, so go and get comfortable, take a seat or lie down, and get to work on your recovery.
